{"id":28661,"date":"2025-03-17T07:55:06","date_gmt":"2025-03-17T10:55:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmalicia.com.ar\/?p=28661"},"modified":"2025-03-17T07:55:07","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T10:55:07","slug":"arroyo-algodon-tenia-pedido-de-captura-y-fallecio-al-tirarse-frente-a-un-auto-en-ruta-nacional-158","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmalicia.com.ar\/?p=28661","title":{"rendered":"ARROYO ALGOD\u00d3N.TENIA PEDIDO DE CAPTURA Y FALLECI\u00d3 AL TIRARSE FRENTE A UN AUTO EN RUTA NACIONAL 158."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siendo aproximadamente del pasado viernes a las 22:00 horas, Personal de la Patrulla Preventiva, se constituyeron en Ruta Nacional N\u00b0158 km 135 de Arroyo Algod\u00f3n donde por causas que se tratan de establecer se produjo un ACCIDENTE DE TRANSITO CON FALLECIDO entre un veh\u00edculo Marca Nissan Kiks, conducido por un hombre de 35 a\u00f1os de edad oriundo de la ciudad de Villa Nueva quien se dirig\u00eda hacia la localidad de La Playosa por Ruta Nacional N\u00ba 158 el cual antes de llegar al localidad de Arroyo Algod\u00f3n colisiona con un masculino que iba de infante, el que aparentemente se arroja hacia el rodado impactando en su parte delantera derecha, quien a ra\u00edz del impacto pierde la vida. Se hace presente en el lugar el Sr. Fiscal de Turno Dr. Ren\u00e9 Bosio junto a su Secretaria Dra. Soledad Pepino, el Sr. Director de la U.R.D.G.S.M. Crio My. Lic. Roque Carabajal, el Subdirector de la U.R.D.G.S.M. Crio Insp. Lic. Juan Gatica, el Sr. jefe de Zona de Insp. N2 Crio. Insp. Lic. Gabriel Villaverde, y personal de Polic\u00eda Cient\u00edfica quienes por directivas del Fiscal realizaron fotograf\u00eda legal, inspecci\u00f3n ocular y planimetr\u00eda. Asimismo, el Sr. Fiscal orden\u00f3 el secuestro del veh\u00edculo en cuesti\u00f3n, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, recepci\u00f3n de declaraciones testimoniales, adem\u00e1s orden\u00f3 que se le realice al conductor del autom\u00f3vil test de alcoholemia el cual arroj\u00f3 resultado negativo, entre otras medidas probatorias.
