Filippi, primer Intendente luego del retorno de la Democracia en 1983. Seguidamente el nuevo Concejo Deliberante prest\u00f3 juramento y eligi\u00f3 a sus principales autoridades legislativas, siendo su nuevo presidente el Sr. Guillermo Mina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente se tom\u00f3 juramento de ley al nuevo Intendente Municipal, el Sr. Agust\u00edn W. Bianchini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concluida la Firma del Acta de Transferencia, el Intendente de Mandato Vencido, Dr. Jos\u00e9 C.
