Asistieron al mismo el Sr. Intendente Municipal Dr. Jos\u00e9 C. Gualdoni, Secretario de Gobierno Sr. Agust\u00edn Bianchini, Concejal Municipal Sra. Daniela Salazar(Vice presidente del HCD), Cura P\u00e1rroco Sergio Fern\u00e1ndez Nieri, Pastor Ra\u00fal Betaquini y Pte. Comisi\u00f3n Directiva Club Atl\u00e9tico Uni\u00f3n Sr. Gustavo Ymo.<br>En el mismo, se procedi\u00f3 al Izamiento de la Bandera, se entonaron las estrofas del Himno Nacional, se realiz\u00f3 la Ofrenda Floral al pie del busto del Gral. Jos\u00e9 de San Mart\u00edn y finaliz\u00f3 con la Bendici\u00f3n del Padre Sergio Fernandez Nieri.
